Hitman 3 Players Can Now Upload Levels From Previous Installments

The Hitman series shot all cylinders in recent years. The original installments of the series were excellent and still contain some good nostalgic elements today that are still worth revisiting if you have the time, but since IO Interactive redo the series starting with Hitman (2016), stealth-based gameplay as Agent 47 has never been better.

Despite the success the developer has had with this series over the decades, they have pushed forward with significant innovations. Their last beauty is Hitman 3, a game that has received many positive reviews since its launch in January.

It’s an Epic Games Store exclusive for a year, but it continues to gain a lot of popularity with fans and new viewers alike who appreciate the hard work the developer has put into this latest installment.

He is praised for the incredible amount of detail at each level, the flexibility players have access to when taking out contracted targets, and the sheer pleasure of improvising in the moment. Like the previous versions, the replayability is exceptional. After you complete a level, there are so many ways to approach it again – perhaps with new resources and weapons.

IO Interactive has also done its best to innovate this latest opus into a fairly complete trilogy by adding VR. It makes playing as Agent 47 a truly immersive experience, almost like being there to deal with his actions and take the risk of being a deadly assassin.

Then quite recently, the developer made it possible to play the previous levels of the franchise in Hitman 3. PC players now have the option to download levels from the previous two versions. So if you’ve had your fill of cards from the current bracket or just want to revisit some of your favorites from previous games, now is a possibility.

This previous level support gives Hitman 3 much more content. It’s especially exciting for gamers who haven’t had the pleasure of playing the first two games in reimagining an iconic stealth action series.
