Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 Will Require a $10 Upgrade for Next-Gen Consoles

Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1-2

Activision announced today that Tony Hawk’s brilliant Pro Skater 1 + 2 remaster is coming to next-gen consoles on March 26. Nintendo Switch users will also have the opportunity to play the game sometime this year, without an official date.

Players who own the base version of the game for PS4 and Xbox One will need to purchase the “Deluxe Cross-Gen Package” for $ 10 if they want to play on next-gen consoles. While players with the Digital Deluxe version will get the upgrade at no additional cost, except those located in Japan.

Unfortunately, players who own a physical disc will not be able to upgrade to next-gen consoles.

Next-gen consoles will be able to run Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 at 4K 60FPS with options for 120FPS at 1080P. While the Nintendo Switch will be limited to 1440P upgraded to 4K.

Saved data can be transferred if you are using the same line of consoles. So if you’ve switched from PlayStation to Xbox or vice versa, you won’t be able to move your save data.

The game will use DualSense haptic feedback and 3D audio from the PS5.
