WHO Suggests People to Play Games


The feeling of saturation is definitely felt when quarantine at home. Moreover, the pressure of fear of a COVID-19 pandemic can also be stressful. Playing games might be a solution.

Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said that playing games are highly recommended to maintain mental health. The statement was part of the latest information announced by the UN health agency related to the coronavirus.

The mental health of isolated communities is one element of WHO’s concern. ‘Listen to music, read books, or play games,’ Tedros stressed. 

According to him, a sense of stress and concern about the coronavirus is a natural thing. Maintaining mental health can be done by continuing to communicate with others.
